Experiencing Sadness |
|
. When you find yourself experiencing an emotion such as sadness, you can use this feeling to assist you in clearing the past emotions, in this life and in other lives, that are still clogging your subconscious mind. Loses such as: The death of a family member, or a beloved animal companion. Missed opportunities -- The loss of all the things that might have been, but never were. and now, never will be. Things, situations, possessions, and experiences that are gone out of your life and are not replicable. The loss of youthful vigor, health, and or vitality. The deterioration of a loving relationship. Physical setting such as nature settings, buildings, and the like, that have been destroyed by what is euphemistically called progress. Sit quietly with whatever triggered the feeling of sadness. Just allow it to be. Do not fix it or change it. Just experience it. Sit quietly, breath deeply and be in the moment. You will likely imagine your life without whatever you feel sad about. Invite Creator to fill your experience with Creator's love and light. Be in the same experience, but this time, be in it as it is filled with Creator's love and light. Be grateful for the time that _____ was in your life. Re-live one or more of those past experiences. You may also notice that the loss of what was is also a loss of what might have been but never will be. Simply feel the feelings. Eventually, you will be able to turn it over to creator. Think of giving the experience that you no longer have as your gift of love back to source. Think of your past experience as your gift to the collective creation of all that is. Think of it as your blessing and your contribution to the universal collective experience. Connect yourself to the universal experience of whatever you used to have but now is gone. Imagine that past experience as your tithe (as your gift) to yourself (in that aspect of your life.) Imagine those feelings of joy returning to you in a new set of experiences that are even more joy-filled than the ones you no longer have. Be grateful for what you are experiencing in the moment. Be with what is. Allow it to be. Remember, "This, too, will pass." . |
