Witnessing:
Witnessing is
an essential part of the Creation
process. For
an overview of witnessing see the
section title: Witnessing
Your Creation. '
Editor's
Note: The following
section is written in the personal,
present tense about
myself. When you read
this, read it from the space where
the words are your words about
yourself.

Thoughts, Emotions, and
Feelings
When my
intention is to change an
internal belief, effective and
functional witnessing can be
done by simply observing-the-change in
one's mind.
The results appears to be immediate
and quite
effective. But when the
focus is on making a change in the
external world, such as manifesting
a new car and/or physical
healing of my body, there appears to
be more required.
Emotions, feelings, and body
imagery appear to play a much
bigger role than was previously
thought.
Greg Braden
in his book, "The Isaiah
Effect" gives us an
in-depth look at the importance of
feelings in successful
manifesting. (If you
haven't yet read it, please do
so. If you do, what is
written below will be much easier to
understand and use.) Based on
his work, on several other sources, on the
Theta Healing techniques, and on
this author's own connection to
Creator/God, here's another
perspective on witnessing a
creation:

The Creation Process:
For years
we've heard this advice,
"Imagine your creation as if it
is already complete and
manifested."
In his book and video, The Power of
Intention, Wayne Dyer, states
this as: "Contemplate
yourself as surrounded by the
conditions which you want to
produce."
In his book, The Isaiah Effect, page
148, Greg Braden states it this
way: "To change
the condition of our outer world, we
are invited to actually become the
conditions of our experience from
within."
Another way
to approach this is to ( in your
imagination) see, feel, hear,
smell, taste, and/or
experience yourself as a unit
(a ship) of consciousness constantly
in motion in a multi-dimensional
ocean of consciousness.
Your mental focus tells your ship
which way to go. Your
emotion (your desire, you love, your
sense of longing to
experience) is the power which
moves you (your ship of
consciousness) around in the multi-dimensional
ocean of consciousness.
Your feelings, (your imagined
experiences as if your goal were
already physically
manifested)
Self-awareness
teachers commonly tell us
that, in the non-physical world, at
the level of Creator, your command
is already created, it's already
real. That's nice, but my physical
experience still tells me
that it's not real. The
teachers also say that in order to
bring my command into physical
reality I must pretend that it's
already manifested. The
most common reaction to this
instruction is,
"How do we get beyond what
appears to be lying to
myself?" The
logical mind says, "You're
crazy," and very
frequently, it simply refuses
to cooperate.

Step
One: My first task is
to get my mind to be on the success
side of the process.
I give my mind a reason for
what I am doing. I also
give it a job. I give it
a way to stop fighting my
process. I give it a way
to get out of the
way.
Using the
Theta Healing / Theta Transformation
process, I also address
several additional
factors: It's
possible. It's possible
for me. I know how
to. . . I know what it feel
like to . .
. I know how
to experience what it feel
like. I'm willing to
have ____ in my life. I
know how to have ____ in my
life. I willing to let
go of the old ways that no longer
serve my new image of myself. See the
page titled: Format for Downloading New Beliefs`
I tell
my Personality-Self`
something like this:
Yes, you are right. It is
crazy, but in that
"other-world" and for
those who live there, its not
crazy. It's how they
play. So lets you and me
go into their world figure out what
they're doing. Let's go
there and pretend that it's real and
we'll see what happens.
Are you OK with doing
this? You are.
Good!
It's just a
game, anyway, so it really doesn't
matter. We don't need to
care, even in the slightest, whether
it's real on not, and we don't need
to care about how this experience
turns out. We'll just
step in and play. Are
you OK with that,
too? You
are. Good!

Step
Two: The Thought
-- The point of focus:
The Universal law say:
"Thought attracts that which is
like itself."
Thoughts combined with emotions and
feeling are the tools of physical
creation. The external
physical things you are seeking are
simply ways to experience internal
feelings of joy, pleasure, and
ecstasy.
Think of
success as external and out
there. It's having your new
car. Think of joy and pleasure
as the internal feelings you have by
owning, driving, and riding in your
new car.
Creation is
in the thought (I have a new car)
combined with the internal feelings
of joy, pleasure, and ecstasy (It
feels so good to feel this
good). Creation is
also in the thought combined
with the internal feelings of
resentment, pain, anger,
etc.
Thoughts in, of, an by themselves,
do not appear to hold much
power. They are, however, an important piece of process because
thoughts are like the navigation
system in a ship, they tell the
creative process where to go -- what
to focus on -- what to
create.
Imagination
is the key here because, in order to
be successful, my job is to be
inside of my new creation -- to
see, hear, feel, smell, and taste myself inside of and experiencing my
new creation -- to experience
myself in my body inside the
experience as if my creation was
already a physical reality.

Step
Three: The
Emotion: --
Emotions are commonly described by words such
as: "love, like, crave,
passion, longing for, desire,
etc." These
are emotions on the positive side that
pull me in. These
are emotions that move me toward
what I'm thinking about. They are the
"feel good" emotions.
On the
negative side, emotions are
expressed as fear, anger, hate, and
the like. These are
the
"push away" emotions,
commonly labeled as the
"feel bad" emotions. Even
though we want to push certain
thoughts away, these emotions
move
me toward what I'd prefer to avoid.
Regardless
of whether they are
"feel-good" emotions or
"feel-bad" emotions --
emotions are the power that
drive/move the thoughts I focus
on. They are like the
engine that drives the
ship.
For example,
focusing my attention on having a
new car moves my ship of
consciousness toward my new
car. I and my new car vibrate
in harmony. We are each
pulled toward the other. If I
focus on not having my new car, this
moves my ship of consciousness away
from my new car. I and my new
car vibrate differently (in conflict
- in disharmony). We are
each pushed away from the
other.

Step
four: The
Feeling -- The next
factor to consider is what is
labeled
"feelings."
These are the internal experiences
of our thoughts and
emotions. These are the
internal experiences we have
when our intentions are fully
manifested outside of us in the
physical world. Feeling
are described by words such
as: "peace of mind,
tranquility, comfort, joy, ecstasy." (or on the
feel-bad side -- fear, anger, tension
anxiety, etc.)
Here's an
example of the difference between an
emotion and a feeling:
Remember the love you had for your
first romantic partner.
Now remember how you felt in your
body when you were passionately
involved with him/her.
Think of emotions as non physical
and feelings as in-the body
physical. Think of emotions as
the desire and feelings as
here-and-now
experiences. Imagine
your intend manifestation as a
here and now experience.

Step
five:
Describing My Experience:
Now that my intention is manifested,
here are the "word
descriptions" and the pictures,
the sounds, the smells, the
tastes, and the body sensation
of that manifestation.
While describing the manifestation,
my job is to feel the feeling
associated with the manifestation of
my vision. I
imagine my intend
manifestation as a here and now
experience.

Step
Six: Faith --
Belief:
This isn't really a
step. It's the context
in which everything about your
creation lives. It may
begin with a very common
question, "How can my
internal thoughts, emotions, and
feelings affect the outside world
around me? This takes us
to the Laws of the Universe
and how they work. I am
assuming you already understand
this.
If not, you
are advised to take some time and
spend some effort learning
them. Here's a good
place to start. See the web
pages which describes
The
Universal Law of Thought. A summary can be found at:
http://www.lifecoach4vip.com/m011-vibrating-universe.html ' and a more detailed
analysis is available at:
http://www.lifecoach4vip.com/m030-universal-laws.html.
'
Faith is
about trusting that which cannot yet
be physically verified. **22
It's about trusting
Creator/God. It's
trusting that the rules/laws of the
Universe are real and that they
actually work. It's
trusting that the rules/laws of the
Universe will work for me and that I
know how to and actually am using
the rules correctly.
It's
trusting that I deserve the
manifestation. It's
trusting that it is possible for me
to be, do, have, and experience my
new creation. It's
trusting that I know what
experiencing my new creation feels
like -- that I know how to live and
be in my new creation -- that I can
let go of the old life I lived prior
to the new
creation.
Step
Seven: A
Spiritual/Religious Perspective:
If you choose to think of this in
Biblical terms, its the breath, or
spirit that enters a form that gives
it life. "In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word
was with God, and the Word was
God."
"God made man from the dust of
the Earth. and into his nostril, he
breathed the breath of life, and man
became a living
being." One can
think of a pure thought as simply
the matter out of which Creator
creates. Emotions,
spirit, love, desire, give the
thought movement and manifestation
power. Your feelings
give the thought its form and its
expression in your personal,
physical world.

The Process -- By
Example:
Let's take
this through a rather simple
personal example -- an example in
which if you haven't already
manifested it, it is rather easy for
most of us to do so. In this
example the intention is have and
experience a new high definition
television.

Where
Am I?
First I recognize that I am not
presently experiencing a high
definition TV in my
home. This thought is
about the absence of the
HDTV. Its about what I
don't choose. It's about
what I choose to move away
from.
Beyond a
simple awareness of that it's my
present experience, my job is to let
go of any emotions or feelings about
this experience -- to view it
with the same detached objectivity
with which I view a telephone pole
along the street. I know
it's there, and I choose to walk
around it, but beyond that, it holds
no space in my conscious
mind.
I ask,
"Do I have an emotional charge
on the absence of an
HDTV. Do I resent having
what I presently have.
Do I resent others for having what I
don't have. If so, job
one is to release all negative
emotions about what presently
is and to move into the space
of gratitude for my present
experiences. To be at
peace with what I am presently
experiencing. Why
release all negative emotions?
Because holding them tells the
universe to give me more to feel bad
about.

What
Do I Choose to Experience?
The next step is to create clear,
accurate thoughts, visions, and
descriptions of what I choose to
create. Do some
research. Answer some specific
questions. I choose this or
that style, size, model,
manufactured by, etc. It
contains a ____ . It does this
and that and has ____ . I
choose to have a second remote
controls, both of which do this and
that. etc. It's available
at ______ and costs
____. (Where and how
else might it be
available?)
Next, I
transform my vision into a written
statement. Symbolically
speaking this is like creating
and filling out an order form when
ordering a product from a
manufacturer or it's distributor.
My writing brings in both the visual
and the kinesthetic
senses. Once written, I
read it out loud.
this brings in a third sense,
hearing. (If I were
manifesting something that I smelled
or ate, I'd bring in taste and
smell.)
If I have a
partner in this creation, we read
the order form out loud to each
other. We do so as one of our
first actions every morning and as
one of our last actions
every evening. When I go
to bed, we I command creator to
bring me a dream in which I am
experiencing my self watching a very
exciting program on my very own
HDTV.

Bring
In The Emotion:
-- Now that I know what I
want, my next job is to generate the
positive emotions associated with my
owning and experiencing an
HDTV. My job is to
translate my vision into a
body feeling -- into a body
experience. I notice my
feelings and my emotions blending
together and supporting each other
in a loving, joyful
spiral.
I feel the
strong pull within me drawing me
toward the showrooms where I see
dozens of HDTV's all playing at
once. I examine the
various models. I pick
one up to see how heavy it
is. In my imagination,
I feel myself vibrating in
harmony with my new
HDTV. How does one
vibrate in harmony with a TV
set? Not by imagining
myself to be a TV set, but by
vibrating in harmony with the
watcher of the HDTV.
I ask the
store clerks for pictures of HDTV's
and bring them home and place them
in conspicuous place where I see
them frequently. I go
back to another store and do the
same thing again.
I command
creator to install in me His
perspective, definition and
understanding of every aspect of my
new HDTV. See the
page titled: Format for Downloading New Beliefs`
I remember
to focus on having my own HDTV and
avoid thinking about "not
having an HDTV." I
command of Creator that I have
a clear distinction between my
thoughts and feeling of
"having" and "not
having." I command
creator to guide me in every moment
of my life to focus on the
"having."
In my
imagination, again and again,
I feel myself vibrating in
harmony with my new
HDTV. I also
remember to vibrate in harmony with
the universal law of rhythm. I
focus on the HDTV and then turn my
vision over to Creator/God and let
it drift out of my
mind. Later, I
again focus on the HDTV and then
again, I turn my vision over
to Creator/God and let it drift out
of my mind. I
repeat this in
cycles.
I regularly
stop and appreciate what I already
have. I express my gratitude
to Creator.

I ask how
can I bring Comfort and joy to
myself and to others with my new
HDTV. I remember this
old truth: "When you're passionately
making out, with every kiss you
give, you get one
back." I
apply that principle to my new
HDTV. If I were a sports
fan, I'd imagine inviting my friends
over and have game-watching
party. Instead, I
imagine having a video watching
party, or a study group and focus on
a video that enhances our field of
mutual interest.
My job is to live in the experience
of having my new HDTV.
I like my
new HDTV. I love
watching my new
HDTV. I allow my desire
to pull me toward my new
HDTV. I allow my
desire to pull the TV toward
me. I focus
on the "feel good"
words and the "Feel good"
feelings associated with my new
HDTV. I let my emotions
be the engine that drives my
ship. I imagine my
emotions moving me through a
multi-dimensional worlds in which I
am experiencing seeing
incredibly beautiful pictures on my
new HDTV.
I become
surrounded and engulfed in my
vision. In my mind, I
live the vision, see the vision,
feel the feelings associated with my
vision. I hear the sounds,
smell the smells, taste the tastes
of my vision. I am my
vision. I love my new
experience. I then let
it go and return to my normal mental
state and do so with full belief,
and understanding that my vision is
manifested.
What is it
about my intended manifestation that
I find offensive?
