My home, my personal domicile, has the following
characteristics, or something better. By something better, we mean
something more appropriate for me at this time. Below are clear, detailed descriptions of the major
attributes:
Setting:
My home is situated in a setting that
provides me with the opportunity to witness some spectacularly-beautiful
sunrises and/or sunsets.
Ownership:
My home is owned free and
clear. Technically, it is owned by a trust specifically designed for
holding (owning) property. I have complete authority to use and
control, the property in any manner that I see fit. The trust also
has more than adequate money to pay all taxes and maintenance costs.
Size:
My home has a living space of 2,000
square feet or more.
Work-shop / Play-shop / Studio
My home is separate
from, yet it is located above,
or contiguous to or nearby the Work-shop
/ Play-shop / Studio area.
Second Floor Domicile:
Second floor living space above the Work-shop
/ Play-shop / Studio area is acceptable. A second floor living space is very acceptable because of the beautiful view
provided when looking out of the windows.
Options:
As one of our
acceptable options, my home is a
single family home with a large,
three-car garage. The
garage has extra high ceilings for the
studio /work-shop /play-shop.
My living space has a large living
room that also serves as a meeting
room and a wedding chapel.
The property is zoned so that the uses
listed &/or described in this
document are both legal and
appropriate at this location.
Living Room:
The living room is suitable environment
available for interviewing wedding &/or coaching clients.
The living room is suitably designed and
large enough to comfortably accommodate gatherings of at least 14 people.
If the living room comfortably accommodates gatherings of significantly more
than 14 people, that is also very acceptable.
Kitchen:
Size and convenience: The kitchen in our
new home is a completely separate room with a door (or doors) that
can be closed to separate the kitchen from the dining area and from the living
room. The kitchen is large enough to easily accommodate a three-foot
by six-foot table and four chairs.
Stove & Refrigerator: The kitchen is equipped
with a modern, high-quality gas stove and a modern, high-quality electric
refrigerator. The stove has good lighting over it and there is also
has a exhaust vent over the stove with a functional exhaust fan. The
stove and refrigerator are placed apart from each other. The
refrigerator and the freezer are very quiet running and energy efficient.
In relationship to the remainder of the home, the refrigerator and freezer
are located so that silence reigns in the living room, the office room
and in the sleeping areas.
Storage Areas: The kitchen has abundant
enclosed storage spaces. There is also a built in pantry area.
We choose, we accept and we say thank you because there is also abundant &
appropriate spaces to install free standing storage cabinets.
Kitchen Sink: The kitchen sink has a relatively flat bottom so that items
set on the sink bottom stay where they are placed, and yet, the water flows
completely and freely our of the sink when the drain plug is removed.
The sink is easy to clean and stays relatively clean simply by running water
through it. The drain pipes are larger than normal so that the water
and waste-out-flow is rapid and clear at all times.
Kitchen View: There is a window (or windows)
over the sink through which there is a view of an aesthetically pleasing outdoor
scene.
Bedrooms:
My home has three or more, large, separate bedrooms that
are completely adequate for my needs --- one for use as bedroom;
one for uses still to be determined. The minimum size of each
bedroom is approximately 13 feet by 17 feet. (The rooms may be
larger.) The actual bedroom size dimensions may vary, however the
bedrooms each have at least 221 Square feet of usable floor space, excluding
closet areas. In addition to the 221 or more square feet of usable
floor space, each bedroom has a large closet for storage of clothes &/or
other items.
Dining Area:
My home has a spacious dining room and a large dinning
area in the kitchen. The formal dining area and the living room are
contiguous and can be completely separated or opened and contiguous -- usable
for such purposes as to accommodate additional quests for gatherings.
Den / Family Room / Office
My home has a den, a family room, or some other room that is easily
and appropriately used as an office. The office area is
approximately 13 feet by 17 feet. (The rooms may be larger.)
The actual dimensions of the room may vary, however the office area has at least
221 Square feet of usable floor space, excluding closet areas. The
door to this office area can be easily closed for privacy and for quietness and
to separate the office from the rest of the house. Even with the
door open, the living room TV is out of audio range and thus, silence
reigns supreme in the office area.
The content of the office room includes
an office desk, a computer work table, two up-to-date computers -- one Apple and
one PC. The office is equipped with all the accessories:
telephones, a fax machine, a high-quality office chair, a bounce chair, a TV and
audio system, ample storage areas including a closet area and space for ample
space for free-standing storage cabinets.
Bathrooms:
There are at least
three full bathrooms (toilet, sink, and
bathtub) in our
new home. Each bathroom
has modern plumbing which is
completely functional, including
normal volume water flow.
The bathrooms are completely adequate
for my needs and fulfills my desires.
Bathtub: The
master bathroom in my home has a
large, modern bath tub with Jacuzzi
jets in it. The interior
dimensions of the bathtub, when
measured at 7 inches above the bottom
of the bath tub, measure 24 inches or
more in width and 64 inches or more in
length. The overflow
drain is situated such that the tub,
when filled with water, has a standing
water depth of at least 17 inches.
The water control handles are situated
on the side of the tub (on the long
dimension) so that they are easily
accessible to the occupant’s hands
while he or she is in the tub and is
completely relaxed.
The bathtub is
designed so that the occupant can
easily relax and be very comfortable
while relaxing in the tub.
The Bathtub is large enough to easily
accommodate two adults. A
light is built into the wall over the
tub in such a position that the
tub’s occupant can easily see to
read a book, etc. while relaxing in
the tub.
A dry shelf area is
adjacent to the tub for whatever the
tub’s occupant may choose to have
with him while in the tub.
This dry-shelf area is easily
accessible to the occupant while he or
she is in the tub and completely
relaxed.
Toilets: All the
bathrooms in my home have a modern
toilets --- toilets that extends
out significantly in front in an
elongated oval shape. The toilets are
water efficient and flush cleanly of
all content with a minimum of water
usage.
Storage Cabinets: All the
bathrooms in our new home have
enclosed storage cabinet (or cabinets)
with at least 12 square feet of shelf
area and at least 12 cubic feet of
storage space.
Bathroom Sink:
The sink is large,
relatively flat-bottomed.
It has a fully functional drain plug.
The bathroom sink can easily be filled
with water for washing things.
The top, interior, front edge of the
sink is within 4 inches the top, front
edge of the sink’s counter top.
Said counter top is large, clean and
covered with Formica. The
design is such that water spilled on
the counter can easily be swept back
into the sink. The master
bathroom also has a second sink of the
design used in beauty salons to wash
customers’ hair.
Mirrors
and Lighting: The bathroom mirrors
and lighting in our new home are such
that we have clear, close-up,
well-lit, views of self — easily
seeing self as if looking at a second
person in the room. The
mirrors provide a clear view of self
from the front, from both sides,
and from the rear.
Storage:
My home has large spacious storage
areas, and additional storage
facilities on the property that are
easily accessible and available.
There is also plenty of space for
additional free-standing storage sheds
to be placed (outside of the house) on
the property. There
is also plenty of space inside the
house and in workshop areas for
additional free-standing storage
cabinets. My home has a
large, covered (rain-proof), exterior,
multi-use patio area.
Windows:
My home has numerous
windows for light, for aesthetics, and
for ventilation. The
windows are in good working condition.
They open easily, close tightly,
and lock securely. Windows
on the south and west side of the
structure have fully-functional,
retractable sun shades (awnings)
above them. All windows
have shades, blinds, drapes, or other
window coverings that are acceptable
to me, that are of high quality, in
good condition, and in good working
order. The window covering are
such that the rooms can be completely
darkened.
Doors:
All doors in my home
are in good working condition and
fully functional. All
doors open easily, close
tightly, and all exterior doors lock
securely. All interior
doorways are at least 32” wide
(interior dimensions).
My home has one or
more, high-quality, exterior doors.
The minimum width of the exterior
doorway is 36 inches. The
exterior doorways have strong,
security-type screen doors that can be
locked so that the normal (solid core
or solid wood) exterior doors can be
left open whenever we so choose and,
at the same time, the house can still
be securely locked.
Lighting:
In my home, I have
access to direct sunlight at any time
of day. I also have access
to well lit areas that are away from
direct sunlight at any time of day.
Ventilation:
My home has excellent ventilation and
air circulation.
Insulation:
My home is well insulate. It
is cool in summer and warm in winter.
Floor Coverings:
My home has an ideal
combination of the following three
options for floor coverings:
1) The
living room and bedrooms my ome have
high-quality, aesthetically-pleasing
carpeting that is medium to deep blue
in color. The carpeting
has two or more shades of blue
intermixed so that it aesthetically
pleasing, and at the same time, it
hides dust dirt and small pieces of
matter that commonly and inadvertently
get dropped onto floors.
2)
My home has beautiful, hardwood floors
in living room and bedrooms.
The hardwood floors are in good
condition and are securely fastened
(with nails, screws, glue, or the
like) so that they are silent when
walked on.
3) The
floors in our new home (particularly
in the entrance area, the dining area,
the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the
area used for an office)
are covered with
industrial-grade-quality, vinyl-type
floor coverings (or the like)
that are in excellent condition,
aesthetically pleasing, and fully
functional. The floor
coverings are strong, have a smooth,
flat surface, are wear-resistant,
easy to clean and easy to maintain.
All the flooring and
sub-flooring in our new home is
securely fastened to their supporting
structures. As a result of
high quality construction, all
floors are completely quiet when
walked on.
Fireplace:
My home he has at
least one large, well designed,
fireplace. The fireplace is
stone and brick construction.
The interior dimensions where the fire
burns is approximately three feet
deep, three feet high, and four feet
wide. The base of the
fireplace is about 12-16 inches above
floor level and has a shelf-like stone
extension reaching our three feet from
the front of the burn area. This
shelf-like area is about seven feet in
its side- to-side width.
The fireplace is designed with heat
vents in the stone work which add
additional heat to the room.
The fireplace has a beautiful wooden
mantel above it.
Laundry Facilities:
My home has a large,
well designed, service porch --- A
service porch is a laundry room or
area with appropriate electrical and
plumbing facilities for a washer and a
dryer, including places to
store dirty laundry and laundry
supplies, and also including shelf
space to sort and fold clothes.
The laundry room has a, large, deep,
double-basin sink for washing clothes
or whatever else we so choose.
There are large drain boards on either
side of the sink. The
property also has two convenient areas
for-air drying of clothes, one
interior and one exterior.
Television Access:
My home receives
television programming input via
commercial, TV cable or via satellite.
High Swing
Hookup:
Somewhere on the
property in a convenient and yet
secluded location, I have a safe,
secure, solid, strong place high above
the floor (or the ground if outside)
where a swing rope/chain/cable can
easily be attached to create a swing.
The area beneath the swing hookup
point is open and clear so the swing
can freely spin in circles and move
freely in every direction.
The swing-hookup-point
height is at least 21 ft. (and
preferably higher ) from the floor (or
ground) The preferable location
is inside, however an outside hookup
is acceptable.
Pets:
My home easily
accommodates our pet companions. My
home is well suited for having cats
live with me. We have a
cat litter box areas that are
convenient, yet completely away from
the bathrooms. my cats
love my home.
Mail Box:
My home has a large,
modern, conveniently-located,
lockable, mail box that has abundant
room for all our incoming mail.
Curb Appearance:
My home is hardly
noticeable when casually driving by.
The house itself is set well back away
from the street/road. When
someone intentionally comes to visit
us, he or she sees a home with very
pleasant, warm, clean and inviting
curb appeal.
Curb, Street,
and Gutter Area
If the property is
located in a residential area with a
city-style curbs and streets, the
sidewalks, gutters and street in front
of my home are all in excellent
condition. The gutter
between the sidewalk and street is
almost always clean and dry.
The water that flows through the
gutter along the street in front of
our home is clean and limited to rain
water or overflow from hose or
irrigation sprinklers. The
gradient of the gutter area is such
that all water that flows by flows
completely by leaving only a wet
surface that dries normally when the
water flow is ended.
Yard:
The yard area of my
home is spacious with several large
shade trees and an abundance of fruit
trees. My home is shaded
from afternoon sun by trees.
A portion of the yard is shaded by
aesthetically-pleasing-looking trees.
My home yard has a
large, open, grass covered
area. My home has a yard
area that provides a pleasant area to
sit outside and enjoy the natural
beauty of trees, grass, flowers and
other aesthetically pleasing
vegetation.
My yard
has a private area with a
free-standing Jacuzzi pool.
With regard the privacy of our yard,
the Jacuzzi area (or the entire yard)
is totally private. Vision
into the Jacuzzi pool area from off
the property is blocked.
Thus, clothing optional use of the
pool is normal.
The yard also has an
area that is suitable for a garden,
and an area that is suitable for
composting organic matter.
Cars and Parking:
My home and play-shop
/workshop has normal, off-street
parking for three or more cars in a
secure behind the gate setting.
The parking area is shaded by
trees. The driveway is wide and can
accommodate the parking of ten or more
cars. Adequate
street/road parking is also available
and can easily accommodate fifteen or
more additional cars.
Parking of cars on the
public street/road is completely our
own business and is irrelevant to all
neighbors, to all the owner/agents
and to all the government bureaucrats.
All the neighbors, all the
owner/agents, all the government
bureaucrats, and everyone else nearby
mind their own business and they do
their business elsewhere.
Safety:
Solid High
Ground: My home and all
other structures on
the property are located on solid,
and on relatively high ground.
Thus, my home and all other
structures on the property are
completely safe both in heavy rains
and times of earthquakes.
The ground beneath,
surrounding, and nearby our home and
and an all other structures on the
property is very stable in times
of earthquakes and heavy rains.
Water safety:
All structures
on the property are located high
enough in relation to nearby ground and in
relation to water drainage channels
that the property is completely safe
in times of heavy rains and floods.
Natural
Disasters: All structures are
located are located far away from any
and all mountains that could erupt
into active volcanoes and so our home
is completely safe and secure at
all times.
All structures
on the property are located far away from
any and all mountain-glaciers and
winter-snow-packs that could turn into
avalanches, and so our home is
completely safe and secure at all
times.
Earthquakes:
All
structures are sturdy and strong
and built so that they easily and
safely withstand any and all
earthquakes and heavy winds.
Tall Trees: The tall trees
(and anything else that are both tall
and nearby) are far enough from
the my home so that, if
the trees etc. do fall, my home
is completely safe and whole.
The close-by trees are such in growth
and in stature that, if they do
fall onto or against a structure, that
structure remains both safe and whole.
Fire Safety:
My home
and all other structures on the
property have roof surfaces and
exterior wall surfaces that are made
from fireproof materials.
All roofs are completely waterproof
and fully functional. All
structures on the property are far
enough from neighboring structures to
be safe in times of wild fires and
fire storms.
Even if neighboring
(or nearby) structures catch on fire,
my home and all other structures on
the property remain both safe
and whole.
My home and all other
structures on the property are located
and situated such that they are far
enough from brush or natural
vegetation to be safe in times of wild
fires and fire storms.
Electrical
Wiring: The electric wiring in
my home and all other structures on
the property are modern and safely
carry all the electric current
required by our use of the property.
Location:
At the moment, my home
is located in the Los Angeles area or
near by. My home is also
located areas, outside the Los
Angeles area, including an out of
California location.
Neighbors:
My home is located
where all neighbors are, friendly,
kind, sympathetic, and love cats.
The neighbors are quiet and mind their
own business. Their pets,
if they have any, are quiet and
friendly. The
nearest property on which a dog
resides is at least 200 yards away
from my home.
Quiet / Peaceful
Location:
My home is located in
an area that is quiet and
peaceful. The most common
sounds in our home come from birds,
crickets and other natural wild
life.
Major routes for
through traffic (such as freeways and
highways) are located at least
one mile from my home.
Major electric power lines for the
through movement of electricity are
located at least 500 yards away from
my home. Air traffic
patterns are located many miles away
form my home. Thus, my home is
located in an area that is quiet and
peaceful.
Visitors &
Guests -- Hosting
Social Functions:
My home is located and
situated such that our hosting of
groups and gatherings will be
legal, easy, and completely irrelevant
to any and all neighbors.
There is a building
(or buildings) on or near the property
quite suitable and appropriate for
interviewing wedding clients and for
in-person coaching sessions with
success coaching clients.
If the property is
located in a residential area, I
also have an official, and legitimate
office close
by (within walking distance of)
my home. The office is in
an area zoned for commercial uses
which is (or can be) the
legal address for any business
activities we might choose to engage
in.
Accessibility:
My home is easy for
visitors to find and to get to.
Direction to our new home are easy to
give and easy to follow.
Free-Will Zone:
My home is located in
an area where we can use power tools
and the like on the property at our
own discretion. My home is
located in an area where we can do
anything we so choose. All the
neighbors, all the owner/agents,
all the government bureaucrats, and
everyone else nearby mind their own
business and they do their business
elsewhere.
Trampoline:
My home has an
appropriate area, preferably inside,
where a full sized trampoline is
already present or where one can
easily be installed. The
trampoline area is such that its use
is in complete privacy so that noise,
activities and lights are completely
irrelevant to any and all others on
the property or nearby.
Costs:
An abundance of money
is now available and my home is
fully paid for. My income
has so dramatically increased over
what it was when I was in my prior
home, that all outstanding debts
have been fully paid off, and I can
easily afford any and all costs for
and associated with my home.
When utilizing any
properties which I do not own,
the rental costs are very low, quite
reasonably, and easily payable by us.
The owner/agent willingly accepts
receipts for donations to my
non-profit organization. as full or
partial payment of rent.
The owner/agent willingly accepts in
kind services as full or partial
payment of rent.
I pay all or a portion
of the rental in the form of tax
deductions to the owner/agent.
I pay a portion of the rental costs in
the form of in-kind services.
Our simply being on the property is an
in-kind service.
